VRV supplies Optimised Trailers from Indian Facility

VRV Asia has supplied a large series of specially designed, multi-layer super-insulated trailers, optimised for Indian road regulations at 40.2 tons and super-sized versions designed for 49 tons gross combination weight (GCW), with versions optimised for LIN, LOX and LAR.

These trailers are part of VRV Asia  complete range of tankers and trailers from 7,500 to 43,925 litres all applying   innovative, multi-layer super-insulation under extremely high vacuum.
In addition to offering the highest payload in the market, these trailers are based on the proven technology of VRV  cryogenic semi-trailer   with robust steel design, seamless SS 304 pipework, Herose stainless steel valves, Cryostar pump and VRV exclusive 3-coat  painting process.

VRV was chosen, based on its experience as a recognised leader in optimised, super-insulated cryogenic semi-trailers and its expertise in working with local authorities, to find an optimised solution.
VRV  policy is to provide the safest  and the most optimised equipment available in addition to offering world-class quality at a competitive price.  The trailers use innovative multi-layer super-insulation with high-performance vacuum to minimise product loss and maximise payload by more than two tons versus locally made trailers.

“VRV is proud to be offering the largest and safest trailers ever built for India.  This contract strengthens our position and allows us to build on our expertise in the Asian market”, says Michael Blondin, Global Sales & Marketing Director of the Cryogenic  Division.
