3rd Global Cryogenic Sales Meeting, Awards handed out for exceptional performance in 2012

In the week of 10th January 2013 sales representatives from across the world gathered at the VRV headquarters in Italy. The occasion was the 3rd Annual Global Cryogenic Sales Meeting with the theme: Taking VRV to the next level.

The conference gave the Management of VRV along with technical and sales executives the opportunity to review 2012 results and set targets and action plans for 2013.  1011th were days of intensive planning, understanding customer demands, working on how to enhance the customer experience  and discussion of the trends in the global equipment market.

The VRV Group Cryogenic Division CEO – Federico Spada and the Group General Manager, Fabio Villa, started the proceedings on day 1 with the welcome to the meeting, followed by Michael Blondin, Global Sales and Marketing Director who kicked off day 1 sessions that were dedicated to continuous improvement.
The second day was kicked off with success stories from 2012 and the rest of the day dedicated to strategic objectives and targeted actions plans for 2013.  From the achievements of the previous years, the current state of the global economy, continuous improvement, to the focus areas on product lines in the next 5 years, it was all discussed.

At the end of the two days, awards of achievement for 2012 were given out to Jaber Hisham, Sales Director for the Middle East and Africa for new business development and to Julie Cejkova, Sales Director for Central Europe, Russia and Ukraine, for excellent performance and targeted achievement on KPIs for 2012.
